Probably The fan is not connected in the best way to the motherboard. Also, my fan works all the time and its useful for my processor. Its there an option ' all time fan on' I tap it and then when i reboot the laptop i didn't get the error. But I solve it by going into bios( f10 ). The HP gaming laptops are known of having this problem. When you start your laptop, The error appears but i need to know what is the exact error. I can give you some advice, but I'm not an HP employee.
